- 500 g (1 lb) chicken breast
- 2 eggs
- 100 g (3 ½ oz) mozzarella cheese
- 30 g (2 tbsp.) all-purpose flour
- 50 g (3 tbsp.) mayonnaise
- 1 tsp. salt

Take 2 chicken fillets (500 g or 1 lb) and cut into thin strips and then into small cubes. Transfer to a deep bowl.
Beat 2 eggs, add 30 g (2 tbsp.) of all-purpose flour and 50 g (3 tbsp.) of mayonnaise. Mix everything well.
Grate 100 g (3 ½ oz) of mozzarella cheese, salt and mix again and set aside.
Frying cutlets
Pour vegetable oil into a heated frying pan.
Spoon the prepared minced meat into the frying pan and fry the cutlets on both sides over medium heat.
Finished juicy cutlets transfer to a dish and serve, garnished with herbs.

Ingredients
- 500 g chicken breast
- 2 eggs
- 100 g mozzarella cheese
- 30 g all-purpose flour
- 50 g mayonnaise
- 1 tsp. salt
- vegetable oil for frying
Instructions
- Cut the chicken fillets first into thin strips and then into small cubes and combine with the eggs, flour and mayonnaise. Add the grated mozzarella, salt and mix thoroughly.
