- 1 tbsp. mayonnaise (you can use a 1-to-1 mixture of mayonnaise and sour cream/yogurt or replace mayonnaise with yogurt/sour cream)
- 1 tbsp. pesto
- 50 g (1 ¾ oz) cheddar cheese
- 2 tortillas
- lettuce or spinach leaves

Take 2 cooked boneless chicken thighs or breasts and cut into thin strips. Transfer to a deep bowl and set aside.
Chop the lettuce or spinach leaves.
Grate 50 g (1 ¾ oz) cheddar cheese over a coarse grater.

Spread 1 tortilla sheet with ½ tbsp. mayonnaise (you can use a 1-to-1 mix of mayonnaise and sour cream/yogurt or substitute mayonnaise for the yogurt/sour cream) and ½ tbsp. pesto.
Place chicken pieces in the middle of the tortilla, top with chopped lettuce or spinach leaves. Sprinkle with grated cheese.
Roll the tortilla into a roll, flip and set aside.
Prepare the second tortilla in the same manner.
