Beef and minced beef cutlets with cheese is a great way to combine vegetables and meat in one dish, making it not only tasty, but also healthy. Adding cheese gives the cutlets a special piquancy and juiciness, making the flavor more rich and expressive.
Finely chop ½ onion. Place the ground beef (or beef+pork mix) in a deep bowl.
Season the mince with pepper, add paprika and grate 1 zucchini and cheddar cheese directly into it, beat in the egg. Add finely chopped onion and wheat flour (if it comes out too liquid - add another 1-2 tbsp of flour). Salt and mix well.
Heat a frying pan, pour in oil. Form cutlets and fry over medium-low heat on both sides until cooked through, ~4-5 minutes on each side.
