Tilapia in a creamy garlic sauce is a great option for a quick dinner. We will mix the breadcrumbs with grated parmesan and season with paprika. We roll the tilapia fillets in this breading mixture and put them in the oven. The tilapia will be soft on the inside and crispy on the outside with a tangy flavor thanks to the parmesan and paprika. And while the fish will be baking in the oven, let's poach the garlic in butter, mix it with cream and make a great cream-garlic sauce. It's very appetizing, and most importantly, quick and easy.
Preheat the oven to 200 ° C / 400 ° F, mode top + bottom + fan (convection).
Prepare the breading mixture. To do this, grate 70g of Parmesan on a fine grater, mix with breadcrumbs, add 1 tsp of paprika, finely chopped parsley greens, salt with a pinch of salt and pepper. Stir to mix.
Brush all sides of the tilapia with 1 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil. Roll in the breadcrumbs on all sides and place on a baking tray. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-14 minutes.
