Do you love chocolate? How about truffles? If you answered yes to both of those questions, then you're going to love this brigadeiro recipe! Brigadeiros are a Brazilian chocolate truffle that is made with condensed milk, butter, and cocoa powder. They are usually served at birthday parties or special occasions.
Melt 15 grams of butter in a medium saucepan on medium heat.
Add 1 can of sweetened condensed milk and sift 30 g of cocoa powder.
Constantly stirring, boil the mass until the mass on the spatula will hold and will not drip from. This process takes 5-10 minutes.
Turn off the heat, let the mass cool at room temperature for about 20 minutes, and then put it in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
At this time, grate 70 grams of dark chocolate on a coarse grater.
After an hour take the ready mass out of the fridge. Use a spoon to pick up a small amount of the mass and roll it into a ball between the palms of your hands.
Next, simply roll the ball in grated chocolate (or whatever you're using) and transfer to a plate. Repeat with the rest.
