- 500 g (1 lb) of chicken breast - 2 eggs - 100 g (3 ½ oz) mozzarella cheese - 30 g (2 tbsp.) all-purpose flour - 50 g (3 tbsp.) mayonnaise - 1 tsp. salt - vegetable oil for frying
Cut the chicken fillets first into thin strips and then into small cubes and combine with the eggs, flour and mayonnaise. Add the grated mozzarella, salt and mix thoroughly.
Heat a frying pan with vegetable oil. Spread the minced meat with a tablespoon. Over medium heat, fry the cutlets on both sides until golden. Serve ready cutlets decorated with herbs.
